Marching Orders

Now that you've gotten your call-up notice, you need your marching orders. First, if you haven't already done so, take a few moments to read over the Patient Introduction. Get familiar with the icons that represent the sections within each of the main chapters of Back Care Boot Camp. Second, before your first physical therapy visit, read Session One. Be sure to cover the information and skills with your physical therapist before trying the skills listed in the Skills to Master sections. Ready, then? Ten-hut!
