Congratulations! You've mastered a set of skills that can help you take care of your back for the years ahead. In this wrap-up session, you'll take the steps needed to finish your plan for the future. There are lots of ways you can stay active and keep your back healthy. By now you should know the strategy you'll use to help you achieve lifelong spine health.

You've had back pain once. You can almost bet you'll have it again sometime in the future. As you now know, nine out of 10 people who've had it once will have back pain again. The key is to know what to do for it when it happens. Each skill you've learned in Back Care Boot Camp can help you take care of your back for the years ahead. Take a moment now to review all the skills you learned in previous lessons. Work with your physical therapist to make sure you're doing them correctly.
